Before using the online store Love-Store.eu, please review the terms of ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and warranty.

14 days to withdraw from purchase

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

Refund within up to 14 days

Refunds are issued after the item is received or after proof of return shipment is provided.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€). The final total is displayed during checkout.
Payment is available via online banking, bank transfer, and VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro cards.
Prepayment is required for all orders. The invoice must be paid within 3 business days.
If a technical error affects pricing, we will inform you before confirming the order.

3. Placing an order

Orders can be placed on the website 24/7.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Orders are processed on business days from 9:00 to 17:00 (local time). Typically within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, changing the delivery address or method may be a paid service.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available to European Union countries.
Available options may include courier delivery, parcel lockers, and pick-up points (depending on the country).
Delivery cost is calculated and displayed during checkout.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and the chosen method. Current estimates are shown on the product page and during checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

Complete the withdrawal form and send it to us: withdrawal form.
The item must be returned within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Important: condition of the item The item must be unused, in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and complete.

Hygiene restrictions Returns are not accepted for items with opened packaging if, for health and hygiene reasons, they are not suitable for resale.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty duration and terms are stated in the product documentation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or normal wear and tear.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through communication where possible, and otherwise in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable law.
