Before using the online store LOVE-STORE.eu, please carefully read the purchase terms.
1. General Terms
1.1. According to the rules, "SIA KALISART" sells the products listed on the website of the online store LOVE-STORE.eu. The buyer purchases and receives the goods according to the assortment specified in the order placed on the website. Ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer on the day of full payment and receipt of the goods.
1.2. "SIA KALISART", unified registration number 40203426258, phone: +371-223-777-09, operates LOVE-STORE.eu and provides services in accordance with these rules.
1.3. By making a purchase in the online store or using the catalog and agreeing to these rules, the buyer confirms that they are a legally capable person and have provided accurate information. If the buyer is a legal entity, an authorized representative must act on its behalf.
1.4. If the buyer places an order and purchases goods, as well as uses other services of "SIA KALISART," it is considered that they have read and unconditionally agreed to the terms.
1.5. The distance contract is concluded between the seller and the buyer. The contract comes into force at the moment the buyer places the order and receives confirmation from the seller via email.
1.6. The seller does not store concluded contracts; they are available to the buyer each time before making a purchase.
1.7. The seller reserves the right to amend and supplement the terms by publishing them on LOVE-STORE.eu in the "purchase terms" section.
2. Product Prices
2.1. In the online store, all prices are stated in euros, including VAT (21% and 12%). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order.
2.2. The seller reserves the right to change product prices. If incorrect prices are published due to technical reasons, the seller will inform the buyer of the inability to fulfill the order.
3. Product Assortment
3.1. The buyer can purchase products listed in the online store while they are available in stock.
3.2. If the ordered product is unavailable, LOVE-STORE.eu will notify the buyer and offer a similar product upon the buyer's consent.
3.3. The seller reserves the right to modify the assortment and characteristics of products. Product descriptions are based on information provided by manufacturers.
4. Placing an Order
4.1. Orders in the online store LOVE-STORE.eu can be placed on the website. Both registered and unregistered buyers can place orders. To find the desired product, use the search function or category menu. Select the product, specify the quantity, click "Buy," then go to the "Shopping Cart" and click "Checkout."
4.2. In the next step, information about the buyer, delivery method, and total amount payable will be displayed.
4.3. Payment can be made via online banking, bank transfer, and VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro cards.
4.4. By clicking "Confirm Order," the buyer agrees to purchase the selected product and undertakes to pay for it.
4.5. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to pay for the product and delivery service.
4.6. Prepayment is required for all products. Upon delivery to the specified address or parcel machine, the client will receive an invoice for prepayment. It must be paid within 3 business days; otherwise, the order will be canceled.
4.7. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read the purchase terms of "SIA KALISART."
4.8. If the buyer has provided an email address, they will receive a confirmation email after placing the order. In case of discrepancies, the buyer must notify the seller via email at info@love-store.eu or by phone at +371-223-777-09.
4.9. After confirming the order, carefully check the information. Changing the address or delivery method after shipment is a paid service.
4.10. Orders are accepted 24/7 but processed on business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Usually, an order is processed within 1-2 business days.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is available throughout Latvia as well as to EU countries.
5.2. Delivery options include courier service, parcel machines, and pickup from a collection point.
5.3. The delivery cost depends on the chosen method and is indicated at checkout.
5.4. Delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the region.
6. Returns
6.1. The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used.
6.2. To return an item, a return request must be completed, and the product must be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
6.3. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the seller receives the returned product.
6.4. Returns are only accepted in their original packaging, maintaining the product's original condition and complete set.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. You have the right to return a product purchased in the online store within 14 days. Fill out the withdrawal form and send it to us via email: info@love-store.eu (Withdrawal Form).
7.2. The product's packaging (including packing materials) and the product itself must not be damaged. If the product or its packaging is damaged, a return is not possible. The returned product must be in the same condition as when received.
7.3. Products that have been unsealed by the buyer and cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons (such as food, cosmetics, perfumes, household chemicals, hygiene products, underwear, nasal aspirators, pacifiers, breast pumps) are not eligible for return.
7.4. In case of withdrawal, the consumer bears all return costs. LOVE-STORE.eu is not responsible for the product sent by mail, courier, or parcel machine, as there is no possibility to record potential defects or damage during transportation.
7.5. Before the right of withdrawal expires, the consumer must inform the seller of their decision by sending the withdrawal form. The deadline is considered met if the notification is sent before the expiration. The consumer must provide proof of the right of withdrawal.
7.6. Sending the withdrawal form within the set period terminates the contract and releases the consumer from any obligations.
7.7. The consumer must return the product to the seller within 14 days of sending the withdrawal form. The deadline is considered met if the product is sent on time.
7.8. The seller refunds the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the consumer’s withdrawal notification. The refund is made using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
7.9. If the consumer chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard, the seller is not obligated to refund the additional costs.
7.10. The seller may delay the refund until the product is received or proof of shipment is provided.
7.11. The consumer covers the return costs unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
7.12. If the product was delivered to the consumer’s residence, the seller must collect it free of charge if shipment is not possible.
7.13. The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product if it has been used improperly or damaged during unpacking.
Important! During the withdrawal period, the Consumer may only use the Product to check its properties and characteristics, as in a regular store. If this condition is violated, the Consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the Product.
8. Warranty
8.1. The warranty is valid upon presentation of the damaged Product, receipt or invoice, warranty card, and original packaging. Only clean Products are accepted for warranty service.
8.2. The products offered in the LOVE-STORE.eu online store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
8.3. The warranty period provided by the manufacturer varies and can be found in the instructions for each Product.
8.4. The manufacturer's warranty conditions do not cover damages caused by the Buyer’s or user’s fault (negligence), namely:
- 8.4.1. The Product was used improperly or not as intended and was operated contrary to the instructions;
- 8.4.2. Mechanical damage, impacts, scratches, broken structures, a shattered screen, water in areas not designed for it, inappropriate cleaning products used, or foreign objects found inside the Product;
- 8.4.3. If damage was caused by household or external factors such as sun, rain, snow, salt, saltwater, soot, smoke, dust, moisture, insect intrusion, or any other signs indicating improper use of the Product;
- 8.4.4. If there are traces of unqualified repairs or inappropriate spare parts were used, leading to further damage to the Product;
- 8.4.5. In cases of natural wear and tear of parts;
- 8.4.6. The warranty does not cover consumables such as batteries, brushes, bulbs, wheels, chains, pedals, shock absorbers, handles, fuses, glass, and paper elements;
- 8.4.7. The warranty does not apply if damage occurred due to improper storage or transportation of the Product, if the Buyer failed to follow the instructions, or if the Product was used for professional purposes;
- 8.4.8. Damage caused by natural disasters, lightning strikes, or fire;
- 8.4.9. The warranty terms do not include cleaning of mechanisms. Such services are provided upon the Buyer’s request for an additional fee.
9. Obligations of the Parties and Other Provisions
9.1. A Buyer who is considered a consumer (a natural person) under regulatory legal acts has the right to withdraw from the purchase remotely within 14 days from the date of Product delivery, in accordance with regulatory legal acts. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the purchased Product from the online store to the Seller "SIA KALISART." The Buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the Product to "SIA KALISART" as per regulatory legal requirements. The Buyer must familiarize themselves with the Right of Withdrawal policy on the online store’s website www.LOVE-STORE.eu under the "Right of Withdrawal and Warranty" section.
9.2. From a legal perspective, a legal entity is not considered a Consumer, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
9.3. The Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data provided during registration, order placement, and/or obtained while using the online store for the purpose of fulfilling the order (contract), including transferring data to third parties for delivery, payment processing, as well as for assessing the Buyer's creditworthiness and ability to meet payment obligations. "SIA KALISART" has the right to transfer third parties the right to recover debt resulting from a purchase if necessary. The Buyer’s personal data may be used to create a credit history and be included in credit information and debt history databases.
9.4. The online store’s website uses cookies. By using this website, the Buyer consents to the use of cookies to ensure site functionality and for analytical purposes.
9.5. The Seller is not responsible for any expenses, losses, or damages arising from the use of information provided by LOVE-STORE.eu, or due to the unavailability, interruption, or termination of the website or online store for any reason. This does not limit the Buyer's rights under consumer protection laws. If any Product or service offered by LOVE-STORE.eu is unavailable, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract. In such a case, the Seller will refund all amounts paid by the Buyer according to the terms of the Contract.
9.6. The Buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities for purchases made in the LOVE-STORE.eu online store, including receiving the Product. Upon delivery of the Product to the Buyer, the risk of loss or damage to the Product transfers to the Buyer or their representative at the moment of receipt, except in cases provided by regulatory legal acts.
9.7. The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-performance of obligations due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, government actions, military operations, emergencies, climate anomalies, internet connection failures, and equipment malfunctions.
9.8. By visiting the online store, registering, and/or placing orders, the Buyer agrees to these Rules, including those referenced via links. Any new services and features of the online store are governed by these Rules. "SIA KALISART" reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time by publishing them on the website, and the Buyer is responsible for reviewing the Rules before using the online store.
9.9. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will settle the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, in compliance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
9.10. The Seller assumes no risks or responsibilities if the Buyer has not read or has only partially read the Rules and Privacy Policy.
