Return Policy & Warranty
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing a product in an online store, you have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days after purchase. You must fill out the withdrawal form and send it to us via email: info@love-store.eu.
The product and its packaging must not be damaged. If the product or its packaging is damaged, a return is not possible.
All costs associated with returning the product are covered by the customer.
Please note that LOVE-STORE.eu is not responsible for products sent by mail or courier, as it is not possible to verify the condition of the product upon receipt.
Warranty
The warranty applies when presenting the damaged product, receipt or invoice, warranty card, and original packaging. Warranty service is provided only for clean products.
All products in LOVE-STORE.eu are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is specified in the product manual.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or operation.
- Mechanical damage: impacts, scratches, broken screens, broken parts, water penetration.
- Exposure to external factors: sunlight, rain, dust, moisture, insects, and other natural phenomena.
- Traces of unqualified repairs or use of inappropriate spare parts.
- Natural wear and tear of parts.
- Accessories: batteries, bulbs, brushes, fuses, paper elements.
- Damage due to improper storage, transportation, or installation.
- Consequences of natural disasters: lightning, fires, and other natural calamities.
- Cleaning of mechanisms (available upon customer request for an additional fee).
