Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing from our online store, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
- The product has not been used and is in original condition.
- The packaging and the product are not damaged.
- All accessories and parts are included (if applicable).
- Download and complete the withdrawal form.
- Send the completed form to [email protected].
- Wait for confirmation and return the goods according to the support instructions.
When returns are not possible
A return may be refused if the product has been used, damaged, parts are missing, or hygiene requirements have been violated. This is especially important for intimate products: once opened or used, such items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Warranty
Products sold by Love-Store.eu are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Warranty terms and duration are specified in the product instructions. Warranty claims are accepted for clean products with proof of purchase.

Refunds
